Payment Methods:
Cash or major credit card must accompany your order.
We do not accept personal checks. All payments must
be made in U.S. currency.
Please be advised that SPY TEC will NEVER sell your
name or information to any third party for any
purpose.
We reserve the right to
cancel or refuse any order at any time for any
reason. Audio equipped hidden cameras are available
only to federal, state, and local law enforcement
agencies.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. All orders are subject to verification by
your credit card company.
For your privacy, STI will be the name that will appear on your credit
card statement. Our secure ordering format protects
every aspect of your order and your personal
information.
COD Orders:
Sorry, we do not ship orders COD
New York City Customers:
Orders picked up or delivered within the NYC limits
require us to collect NYC Sales Tax unless we have a
resale certificate on file.
Shipping Information:
Domestic Orders: Shipping Charges are based upon
current UPS or FedEx rates.
International Orders: Customers outside
the United States are responsible for all shipping
and handling charges. We can quote the shipping
charge case by case or you can check with your local
agencies regarding the rates. We will ship per your
instructions and will cooperate with you in any way
we can. You are responsible for all duties, tariffs
and taxes. Please do not ask us to alter invoices,
manifest or shipping documents so you can avoid
these costs.
Express Orders: We recommend UPS Next Day Air
Service or UPS Second Day Service if express
shipping is requested. We try to ship these orders
the day they are placed. We charge the normal UPS
Red and UPS Blue fee only. We do not charge
“packing & handling” fees.
All deliveries require a
signature. We will not ship with “OK to leave
without signature”.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our product line, some items
may be used once and potentially no longer needed.
For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the
item is defective. If an item is defective, you must
contact SPY TEC International, Inc., for return
authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
For your protection, authorized returns of defective
products should be sent, prepaid and insured, via
UPS or U.S. mail. Please note that we do not refund
shipping fees.
Warranty:
We guarantee all SPY TEC products to be free of
defects in workmanship and material for thirty (30)
days after sale to customer. We will replace or
repair (at our option) a defective item, provided
there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering,
or alteration.
Miscellaenous:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain
and comply with all applicable local, state, and
federal laws regarding the possession and use of any
items purchased. Please consult an attorney
regarding such laws before placing an order. By
placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she
is of legal age and agrees to use the products only
in a lawful manner.
